What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Warehouse Lead, you will be the heart of our warehouse operations, overseeing both the team and the flow of products to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Leadership & Supervision
- Hire, train, and coach an amazing team of warehouse staff and drivers.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and celebrate wins!
- Schedule tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure everyone is set up for success.
Operational Excellence
- Keep the warehouse in tip-top shape by managing inventory, optimizing layouts, and ensuring safety standards (DOT, OSHA & Hazmat compliant).
- Pull, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently—whether for deliveries, customer pickups, or inter-branch transfers.
- Oversee shipping/receiving of products and materials like a pro!
Customer-Centric Service
- Work closely with counter sales to fulfill customer needs promptly.
- Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles.
- Resolve issues quickly and create a smooth, positive experience every time.
Safety First
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Keep safety a top priority—report concerns and ensure compliance with all protocols.

Qualifications
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory/warehouse management role.
- Strong leadership skills—you can mentor, motivate, and guide a team.
- Ability to handle physical demands (lift up to 75 lbs regularly).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts (certification is a plus!).
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.

Working Environment:
- Warehouse setting (non-conditioned space, warm in summer/cool in winter).
- Requires standing, walking, kneeling, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and operating equipment.
