- Manages daily operations—prepping food, crafting smoothies, serving guests, and enforcing cleaning protocols—to deliver fast, high-quality service.
- Drives sales growth through local marketing, catering initiatives, and promotional campaigns, targeting consistent year-over-year increases.
- Controls costs "COGS" and monitors profit against budgets to maximize returns, aligning with quarterly bonus goals.
- Ensures compliance with Tropical Smoothie Café brand standards, including safety, security, and food handling policies.
- Maintains equipment and manages inventory par levels to support seamless operations.
- Coaches Assistant Managers and staff to uphold hospitality, quality, and speed of service standards.
- Performs additional tasks as needed to achieve café success.
- Minimum 5 years of food service experience (preferably fast casual or franchise) or a hospitality degree.
- Proven skills in team leadership, sales growth, cost control (e.g., COGS, inventory), and guest satisfaction.
