What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Seamless Gutter Installer - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCEL position at Tropical Gutter Pros?
Looking for a lead gutter installer to add to our current team! Lead experience is required.
MUST HAVE:
Knowledge and experience runing a gutter machine, know how to properly take measurements to provide a correct installation, properly install gutters and dowspouts with a helper.
Valid clean drivers license and ability to drive a gutter truck.
Customer service oriented and takes pride in work being performed.
Reliable transportation to get to office every morning
Show up every day and be on time
Be able to climb a ladder and use basic hand tools
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move extension ladders on your own. Not be afraid to perform work on 2 story buildings.
Be a team player and take direction to learn how we do things.
Understand simple math
paid weekly through ADP
wage increase after 30 days probation
starting hourly rate depending on experience
5 paid holidays after 90 days.
One week paid vacation tha accrues based on hours after 90 days.
