ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using honor dignity, and respect this creates an energetic fun, and positive environment.
- Prepares food and smoothies orders in assigned station accurately, following guests' instructions if any, or standards procedures.
- Aims to deliver an exceptional wow experience to every guests that visits the juice bar.
- Prepares and pre-packaged ingredients for our food and smoothies.
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Juice Bar’s standards.
- Follows local and federal food safety practices and procedures to handle and prepare food safely.
- Sets up, maintains clean and stocked assigned food and smoothie workstations throughout the shift.
- Organizes supplies when shipments arrive.
- Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
- Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the juice bar.
- Able to attend work regularly on the scheduled time
Job Requirements
- Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
- Bilingual speak and understand Spanish
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, organizing supplies, or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes busy working conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.61 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
