You only use our vehicles and our equipment during the work day never your own.
From your first year you will make $45,000 to $55,000. Compensation: Start $14hr/ 20hr
Most technicians go from $14 to $16 an hour within 2 months.. What you need to learn to achieve your $1 an hour raises is straightforward and laid out for you.
Plus I give large bonuses throughout the year for the team doing exceptional work. There are other substantial financial perks beyond what's mentioned in this ad for my technicians.
Employment type: full-time, lots of overtime weekly. I take care of my small team exceptionally well.
We are seeking several motivated, conscientious individuals to operate pressure washing equipment. If you have good communication, mechanical, and people skills, a good driving record, reliable transportation to get to and from our yard. If you enjoy working outdoors and are willing to work Saturday (not sunday) , We are the oldest and most successful sealing company in Florida, for 40yrs . The work is steady, and reliable. No politics.
PREVIOUS PROFFEIONAL PRESSURE WASHING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST TO HIRE YOU. IF YOU HAVE ALSO SEALED PAVERS PROFESSIONALY YOUR AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST THE PRESSURE WASHING EXPERIENCE FROM ANOTHER JOB NO NEED TO APPLY,. The ability to learn fast, eye for detail, excellent customer care, and motivated to work long hours for massive pay is a also a must. 25% to 40% of many days is just driving to and from projects. We average 65 hours weekly throughout the year.
Training will be provided. No independent contractors or students. You must have a valid driver's license and not a SUSPENDED License (For any reason) OR BAD DRIVER RECORDS.
Once trained you work alone many days with our work vehicles only (never your vehicle ) so you must be self-motivated and enjoy working by yourself . It's not hard work, and the pay is awesome.
