Tropical Smoothie Cafe has an immediate opening for a Crew Leader . The position has opportunity for advancement and incremental increases as well as growing responsibilities . The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week. He/She would have at least 3 years of demonstrated success in leadership of a team at a restaurant or in a fast paced cafe environment. Serv Safe Certification will provide for additional consideration.
