QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required. * Must have a flexible schedule. * Experience in providing excellent customer service. * Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. Full Time Shift Leaders can expect to have a 35-40 hour work week, dictated by the needs of the business. * Some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities. * Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift. * Fun, fast paced, upbeat environment with no fryers! * Comfortable with a high level of change Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14-15 per hour.

Qualifications
