Restaurant Operations Leader

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our establishment in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the food industry, particularly in casual dining and quick service fast food environments. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a positive team culture.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Lead, train, and develop staff through effective supervision and mentoring.
• Manage food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Implement training development programs for new hires and ongoing staff education.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to optimize operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing customer feedback and enhancing service quality.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual dining or quick service fast food restaurants.
• Strong background in bartending or food production is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Experience in training development is a plus, showcasing an ability to enhance team performance.
