Duties

- Implement training development programs for new hires and ongoing staff education.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing customer feedback and enhancing service quality.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual dining or quick service fast food restaurants.
- Strong background in bartending or food production is highly desirable.
