Job Overview:

Tropical Spas is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Delivery and Repair Technician to join our growing team in St. George, UT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe delivery, setup, and maintenance of hot tubs and spas, as well as performing repairs when necessary. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Setup:
• Safely transport and deliver spas to customers' homes, ensuring proper setup and installation, following all company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Repairs & Maintenance:
• Troubleshoot and repair spas, including electrical systems, plumbing, and heating units. Perform regular maintenance and service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper functionality.
• Customer Service:
• Interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner. Provide guidance on spa usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Inventory & Equipment:
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and organized. Keep track of inventory and report any missing or damaged items.
• Documentation:
• Complete all necessary paperwork for deliveries, repairs, and service calls. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of work performed.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Previous experience in delivery, installation, or repair work is preferred, but not required. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Experience with spa or hot tub repairs is a plus.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs), work in outdoor conditions, and be on your feet for long periods.
• License & Driving:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to drive a company vehicle and operate a trailer.
• Customer Service:
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
