Role Overview:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Marketing/Sales Analytics Intern who will participate in the Commercial Team Intern Rotation program. As part of this program, the intern will experience learning from and supporting three different teams within Commercial and will directly support the planning and execution of the annual National Sales Meeting. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about different functions in Commercial/Marketing that support our field sales with various projects and deliverables.

- Support various teams in the development and implementation of process enhancements.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to inform operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at optimizing efficiency.
- Support the preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders regarding sales performance.
- Assist in forecasting sales trends based on historical data and market analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Rising junior or senior undergraduate, or in a graduate program
- Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems quickly.
- Passion for data analysis with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse teams.
- Initiative to resolve issues proactively and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or Statistics
