This role will be responsible for leading the business and retail metric initiatives leading the team of Territory Managers and Independent Operators covering MNY. The territory covers all channels of trade including Small Format, Grocery, Convenience, Bodega stores and Foodservice.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Leader of Territory Manager, IO Customer and Retailers at the market level
- Managed 45 Independent Operators and Satellite Chilled Warehouse
- Lead Business Performance Metrics within the market identifying opportunities with solution-based results.
- Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation.
- Manage and Deliver Revenue Growth Management T/S and EBITDA
- Strong Presentation Skill Set
- Train and Develop Territory Managers in role and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience along with management of people, preferably with a Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food/Beverage organization.
- Highly motivated individua with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and follow-up skills.
- Seasoned in conflict management.
- Strong computer skills Excel and Power Point
- Excellent analytical ability
- Ability to work a flexible schedule involving early mornings, evenings and/or weekend.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Must pass a drug screen and background investigation.
