Role Overview:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to support the Contract Manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for managing SAP system access and support for Contract Manufacturing users, including administration of Contractor IDs and the CoPack Capability Database. It also involves maintaining collaboration tools and training materials, as well as providing ongoing SAP training and troubleshooting across sites.

Role Overview:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to support the Contract Manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for managing SAP system access and support for Contract Manufacturing users, including administration of Contractor IDs and the CoPack Capability Database. It also involves maintaining collaboration tools and training materials, as well as providing ongoing SAP training and troubleshooting across sites.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provides information & business system support for ongoing operations daily. Business systems include facility setup, SAP S4HANNA, Teams, SharePoint and sub systems for measuring performance, procedures, training, and contractual agreements. Manages the process for collecting, storing, and searching facility capability information for both current and potential contract manufacturing sites.
- Support includes data collection & integration, information system maintenance for Teams/SharePoint, COE SAP Copack training documentation.
- Manages the CoPack Capability Database including inputs, analysis, and report requirements.
- Helps secure information from S4 for the Tropicana Copack scorecard each period.
- Performs quarterly audits for all legal agreements maintained by the department to ensure document compliance; reports findings and improvement opportunities to Governance Manager & COE Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA or other Master’s degree a plus
- 5 years minimum experience preferably in CPG industry within a Supply Chain function
- Knowledge and experience in key business processes including planning and logistics required. Experience working with co-packers and suppliers preferred.
- Ability to manage, organize, analyze, and summarize large amount of information quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively across internal and external parties
- Ability to access data in a timely/efficient manner by leveraging influence skills and informal networks
- Proficiency in multiple data platforms – Excel Pivot Tables/Graphs/PowerPivot, SAP and collaboration tools like SharePoint
- SAP experience required.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of data and retain focus needed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organization, follow up, and computer and analytical skills.
- Requires the ability to manage workflows with minimal supervision
- Must be willing and able to travel 5-10% of the time
