Key Responsibilities :
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Finance to support the Supply Chain team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.
This role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses for various areas across global supply chain and providing actionable recommendations to drive business results. They are also responsible for required reporting, scorecards, and dashboards for annual plan (AOP), monthly close and forecast processes. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Analyze and provide comprehensive insights and actionable recommendations on actual results versus the annual plan, forecast, and prior year.
- Conduct comprehensive analytics on various supply chain categories and functions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on trends and market conditions.
- Support development of annual plan (AOP) by providing solid analytics and actionable insights to drive business results.
- Drive proactive outside the box thinking by collaborating with cross-functional business partners across the organization.
- Utilize Power BI to conduct in-depth analytics and provide actionable data visualization.
- Provide risk and opportunity analysis on assigned functional areas of supply chain.
- Complete all SOX testing requirements for assigned areas.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with peers and cross-functional business partners.
- Conduct ad hoc analytics and support special projects as assigned.
