Job Description
The Assistant to Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager at the property to which they are assigned.
This role involves supporting day-to-day property operations, including compliance, supportive services, administrative requirements, and leasing activities.
- Compliance: Ensuring families meet low-income criteria and providing on-site services as defined in the Land Use Restrictive Agreement.
- Administrative Requirements: Ordering supplies, submitting vacancies and timesheets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Leasing: Providing excellent customer service, maintaining property appearance, and assisting with documentation and paperwork.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience (no prior property management experience necessary).
- High School Diploma and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid TX Driver's License and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Eligible for fast track promotion to Onsite Property Manager. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K after one year of employment.
