Maintenance Technician (Multi-Family Property)
The Maintenance Technician is a key role within our Maintenance Service Company, responsible for supporting other Maintenance Teams and the Maintenance Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical work, and more
- Utilize technical skills, knowledge of industry software, and ability to navigate mobile applications and internet platforms
- Ensure properties are always in a presentable, safe, sanitary, and sound condition
Requirements:
- Three years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, mobile applications, data entry, and internet navigation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- High school diploma; degree or hours from a vocational school preferred
- Valid and current driver's license and vehicle insurance
