Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in developing and implementing our social media strategy, create engaging content, and help track social media trends. This internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. Ideal candidates will be passionate about social media and eager to contribute to the success of a growing brand. This is a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of daily posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and engage with social media communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct research on current social media trends and best practices
- Assist in the creation of social media content, including blogs, graphics, copy, and videos
- Help track social media analytics and performance, providing insights for strategy optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hubspot) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications
Skills & Competencies
- Self-motivated, organized – must be able to manage projects and time independently
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and trends is a plus
