Job Description
Part of the Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24 / 7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.

We are currently looking for a Permanent Part-Time CARE Specialist to join our team! The CARE Specialist implements the Customer Assurance, Review and Evaluation (C.A.R.E.) program to measure the customer's perception of the service provided by Trotter & Morton Facility Services. They ensure the service provided to the customer is at or above the level of service sold to the customer and / or expected by the customer and represents Trotter & Morton Facility Services in a professional manner, bringing value to the contracted service provided as well as the C.A.R.E. program.
