Administrative Assistant

Yearly Salary : $60,000-65,000 Plus full Benefit Package
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for administrative functions of the office
- Accounts receivable
- AIA service invoices, job costing, WIP(Work in Progress)
- Payroll (ADP)
- Employee benefit bonuses, interface with Ascensus regarding retirement functions
- HR duties such as Employee attendance, 401K, gas card activity
- Responsible for handling State and township licenses and permits
- Sales tax reporting as well as state and township tax reporting, quarterly reports such as payroll / 401K
- Handle phone calls, notarize documents as needed
