Responsibilities :

• Responsible for installing wiring programming and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS) for HVAC and other mechanical systems in commercial buildings
• Install BAS hardware including controllers sensors actuators and other system components
• Perform electrical wiring and terminations for control panels field devices and network communications in accordance with local codes and standards.
• Configure and program BAS controllers to meet project specifications and operational requirements.
• Assist in setting up network connections and system integrations with thirdparty devices.
• Conduct system checks to ensure proper functionality of installed controls.
• Calibrate sensors and verify performance to meet design and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during the commissioning phase.
• Work closely with project managers engineers and other technicians to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of installation programming and commissioning activities.
• Provide documentation for asbuilt drawings and system changes.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with installation and system functionality.
• Provide training to customers on system operation and troubleshooting as needed.
