Construction Tradesman

• Design and modify shipping containers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing facilities, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building codes
  
• Perform fabrication tasks such as cutting, welding, framing, and installing insulation, flooring, doors, and other parts
  
• Execute customer designs accoding to client specifications, incorporating features like HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and specialized equipment
  
• Conduct quality checks thourghout the construction process to company standards
  
• Perform on-site installation and assembly of container facilities
  
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field
  
• Kowledge of construction techniquies, building materials, and structural design principles
  
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and construction machinery
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  
• Attention to detial and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Certification or training in electrical,, welding, carpentry, or construction trades
  
• Experience with modular construction or container-based projects
  
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations and permitting processes
  
• Creative problem solving skills and the ability to innovate solutions for unique project requirements
