Field Crane Technician
Savannah, GA
Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00-$42.00
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot various mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes.
- Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections.
- Properly fills out working reports, hours reports, time sheets, hours overviews and expense reports.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Crane Mechanic/Technician preferred.
- Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically Grove RT & TMS Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks preferred.
- Must be able to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time to job sites and for training as required.
- Must have excellent communication skills with a customer/client focus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
