Responsibilities :
- Interact with shipping vendors to obtain the best prices and determine the appropriate shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments
- Reports to VP of
- Support manufacturing staff in the appropriate packing of shipments
- Navigating various customer portals to obtain customer specific shipping documentation
- The accurate tracking of all customer shipments
- Help manage the company vendor base including working with the VP of Manufacturing to ensure the best prices lead time and required certifications
- Be responsible for receipt of items in the accounting system (Quick Books) as well as performing receipt inspection as per documented forms
- Support the Quality Officer in maintaining records of supplier performance
- Maintain calibration records
- Support in uploading documentation in customer portals
