Yearly Salary $60,000-65,000 with full Benefit package
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for administrative functions of the office
- Accounts receivable, billing, contracts using SAGE software
- AIA service invoices, job costing, WIP(Work in Progress)
- Payroll (ADP)
- Sales tax reporting as well as state and township tax reporting, quarterly reports such as payroll / 401K
