- Conduct thorough inspections of inbound and outbound trailers, documenting any damage or issues and billing customers accordingly; ">
- Utilize solid mechanical expertise to guide mechanics in assessing and diagnosing issues, making recommendations for repair or replacement; ">
- Process rental reservations and contracts with precision and attention to detail; ">
- Maintain effective communication with customers and vendors regarding road call management, including resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed; ">
- Complete and manage routine yard inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance; ">
- Negotiate and procure services from vendors, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth and efficiency; ">
- Manage employee performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure optimal results; ">
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to coordinate work orders and optimize resource allocation; ">
- Foster new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones, driving business growth through exceptional service and support; ">
- Interface with corporate accounting and administration, as well as other branch locations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration; ">
- Maintain company equipment and facilities to promote a safe and productive work environment; ">

Requirements:
