Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a dedicated Summer Agronomy Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about turf management and the golf industry, offering hands-on experience in maintaining a high-end private golf course. Interns will be immersed in all aspects of golf course maintenance and will develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in turf management.
***Summer internship, starting hourly pay $18 per hour***

Troubadour Golf & Field Club is a private community, conveniently located just 30 miles south of downtown Nashville. Set on 980 acres, Troubadour features 375 residences; an 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course; a multi-sport complex; an organic farm and world-class restaurants; private recording studios; music venues; and wellness facilities. - Assist with daily golf course setup and preparation
- Learn and apply chemical and fertilizer treatments
- Perform irrigation repairs and maintenance
- Participate in spraying, topdressing, and water management activities
- Identify weeds, pests, and diseases
- Gain leadership skills through team-oriented projects and supervision
- Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Desire to develop a career in the turf industry
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
