What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Teacher position at Trousdale County Elementary School?
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Tennessee Professional School Services Personnel License with a Speech Language Teacher (458) Pre-K - 12 endorsement or equilvant.
DESCRIPTION: Speech language teacher shall evaluate students for the purpose of identifying communication disabilities; shall plan and implement appropriate treatment to minimize impact on educational performance; shall recommend treatment plans to teachers and parents; and other assignments as other assignments as determined by the principal.
JOB LOCATION: Trousdale Elementary County School
COMPENSATION: Salary/supplement is negotiable. Baseline salary determined by years of experience and degree plus applicable bonus and incentives that are based on teaching assignment, school leadership, individual and school-wide team accomplishments that are linked to student outcomes. Benefits include 100% paid health insurance.
