Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating dental prosthetics and appliances, ensuring high-quality standards in dental fabrication. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, medical terminology, and the ability to work collaboratively with dental professionals to meet patient needs. On-site training will be provided to ensure a strong understanding has been achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Dental Products: Fabricate high-quality dental prosthetics such as dentures, partials, crowns, and bridges using various materials and techniques.
- Operating Laboratory Equipment: Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment, including casting machines, milling machines, and 3D printers, to ensure precise and efficient production.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure that all dental products meet the highest standards of accuracy, fit, and aesthetics.
- Analytical Skills: Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal outcomes for clinic partners and their patients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals, including dentists and orthodontists, to understand their specific requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed notes on materials used, techniques applied, and any adjustments made.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques and actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
You Should Have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
- Robust vision capabilities and attention to detail, including depth perception and color
- Passion for tackling problems and breaking them down into smaller manageable steps
- Very high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player attitude and willingness to help others to help the team exceed expectations
- Strong ability to maintain a clean work area and keep equipment, tools, and supplies clean to avoid contamination with foreign material
- Natural curiosity and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quickly
- Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to prioritize

This is an hourly role with a 90-day training period. The hourly rate during the training period ranges between $18-$20 depending on experience. Upon successfully completing the training period, the hourly rate will increase to $20-$25 based on skill level.
Estimated start date is March 17, 2025.
