Troutman Pepper Locke's Business Litigation practice group is seeking an associate barred in Florida in our West Palm Beach office to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience, including experience handling substantive matters, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing discovery motions, and preparing for and participating in various court appearances.
Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $275,000 dependent on relevant years of experience
