The Legal Talent Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts for lateral attorneys on a firmwide basis.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain lateral attorney job postings, both internally and externally.
• Coordinate interview schedules, travel logistics, reimbursement requests, and other details related to attorney interviews.
• Assist with compiling offer terms, drafting offer letters, managing background and conflicts checks, and other communications with attorney candidates and search firms.
• Maintain applicant records in the firm’s recruiting database/applicant tracking system and prepare hiring statistics.
• Support a team of recruiting managers with day-to-day tasks, including expense reports, meeting agendas, and data entry.
• Support special research projects as assigned.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Experience with applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel.
• Efficient multi-tasker with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-quality service and effectively handle internal and external partnership needs in a timely manner.
• Ability to work effectively with teams, self-manage and work independently to promote consistent and efficient workflow processes.
  
  

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or related experience in a law firm or other professional services setting.

Hiring Salary Range

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00
