Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct 150 outbound calls daily to potential customers to schedule appointments with our Move Pro sales representatives.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
- Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer information within a CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and service processes.
- Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Required: At least 2 years of experience scheduling consumer appointments for product purchases (non-medical settings).
- Proven experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process from initiation to close.
- Confident and professional in making outbound calls and crafting email communications.
