Health and Wellness Analyst
The Health and Wellness Analyst is responsible for analyzing employee health programs, wellness initiatives, and benefits to improve overall well-being and workplace productivity. This role involves collecting and interpreting health-related data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance wellness programs, reduce healthcare costs, and promote a healthier work environment.
Location : Tampa, FL
Schedule : Monday-Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay rate : $43 per hour
Employment type : Temp-to-Hire
Duties :
- Analyze health and wellness program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop reports and presentations on program effectiveness, employee participation, and health outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, benefits providers, and wellness vendors to optimize wellness programs.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback on health initiatives.
- Research and recommend best practices for corporate wellness, mental health support, and lifestyle programs.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting health benefits and wellness programs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new wellness initiatives, including fitness programs, mental health resources, and preventive care initiatives.
- Work with finance and HR teams to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of health-related programs.
- Support compliance with health and wellness regulations and company policies.
- Promote health awareness through communication materials, workshops, and training sessions.
