Call Center Representative
Location : Bedford Park, IL
Schedule : Flexible schedule required (No overnight shifts)
Pay rate : $16–$18 / hour commission / bonus
Duties :
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
