Inside Sales Specialist / Account Manager - Food Industry
Location : Aurora
Schedule : Monday-Friday - 8 am - 5 pm
Salary : $50k
Duties :
- Collaborate with B2B and eCommerce customers
- Serve as a liaison between customers, transportation, and order-processing teams
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee order management, including order entry for stores
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to retain business through inbound calls and emails
- Manage eCommerce sales activities
