Operations Clerk
We are seeking an Operations Clerk to support outbound clerical duties.
Location : Phoenix, AZ. 85031
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 30 PM – 1 : 30 AM (or 3 : 30 AM depending on workload)
Pay rate : $20 / hour
Duties :
Printing invoices and preparing outbound route paperwork.
Ensuring all keys and special instructions are included with route paperwork.
Handling additional clerical tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors.
- Manage short-dated products and obtain shelf life approvals.
- Review receiving documents for date issues.
- Compile information and complete reports.
- Order supplies, respond to requests, and communicate with supervisors on issues.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
Experience : 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred; 0-3 years of related experience accepted.
Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ability to operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers.
Requirements : High school diploma; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
