What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at TrovaSearch?
This is 50 / 50 onsite and work from home.
Mid-level - Working on Account Managers, Accountants, Help Desk, Admins, etc. Mostly mid-level jobs, not much IT, minimal call center, and not dealing with agencies or contractors. Also will support one of the senior recruiters so would get some guidance and teamwork. Meet with the hiring line managers regularly.
This person will be a customer-centric recruiter with a focus on relationship building with their hiring managers and creating an excellent applicant and new hire experience for all candidates.
Qualified candidates must have the following :
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience prior corporate recruitment experience
- Proven record of relationship building
- A high level of autonomy and initiative
- Must be a team player
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
