Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Analyze and improve financial performance, service line growth, utilization trends, reimbursement, capital planning, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, coding, billing, and patient accounts functions to optimize financial reporting and net revenue targets.
- Prepare and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or MBA with HFMA certification desired.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to independently complete deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
