What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Product Development Softlines position at Trove Brands?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Product Development : Softlines to lead our product development softlines division. This role will oversee the endtoend development process for our softline products including the exploration of bags apparel lunch boxes and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development excellent leadership skills and a passion for innovation and quality.

- Support the companys growth strategy by bringing new and exciting products to market.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch for all softline products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design marketing sales and supply chain to ensure product alignment with company strategy.
- Manage and mentor factory partners and / or a team of product developers providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform product development decisions.
- Oversee the creation of product specifications prototypes and samples.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage the product development budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
