Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Observe existing processes within our inventory operations, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Explore, design, and implement automation solutions for inventory control to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy and efficiency across Inventory functions and teams.
- Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.
- Generate regular data reports for review by leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain operations and/or data analytics, with a focus on Inventory Control and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with KPI management and performance tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP
