Responsibilities

This role involves:

1. Managing 3-4 direct reports and related HR responsibilities.
2. Coaching and developing staff through constructive feedback, training, and career growth support.
3. Leading by example, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
4. Attending conferences, networking events, and assisting with proposals to expand the business.
5. Identifying opportunities and risks for the business, supporting strategic objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences for Success

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CPA, CTFA, AEP, MBA, or MSA (strongly desired).
• 5-10 years of experience in family office or related industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Expertise in financial software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
