We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented After-Hours On-Call Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Trove Home Care! This role ensures seamless care coordination for our clients and caregivers during our off-peak hours (nights and weekends), serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling needs and problem resolution.
Must reside in either the Charlottesville or Richmond, VA areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly address scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and call-offs with a sense of urgency.
- Proactively coordinate care and find coverage by utilizing scheduling system and contacting appropriate caregivers
- Monitor caregiver shift notifications to ensure timely clock-ins/outs and compliance with client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedule updates and emergencies to ensure all parties are aligned.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all conversations, actions, and necessary follow-ups within the WellSky software system.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting professionalism and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, preferably in a home care or healthcare environment.
- Experience with WellSky software is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance procedures.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently make informed, timely decisions aligned with company policies and values.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and smartphones, with reliable internet connection.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain customer service-oriented under pressure.
Pay and Hours:
- $23- $25/hr
- Part-time: 12-16 working hours per week, with the potential for increased hours over time.
