Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Tove will include :
Design and execution of various print and digital projects based on brand identity
Packaging
Point of purchase displays
Print and web advertising
Sales collateral and other projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
We seek employees who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience :
Strong design acumen with a good eye for balance and color.
Knowledge of type and typography
Creativity in problem-solving
Proficiency in Adobe CC is required, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
The ability to quickly rough out or sketch basic ideas through brainstorming and then implement that idea digitally or in high fidelity form.
Ability to learn quickly with the capability to multitask and shift gears at a moment's notice.
Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills. You will be working with a diverse team of individuals : brand managers, digital marketers, developers, and copywriters.
