We offer flexible schedules. Full-time and weekend positions available. Operations run 7 days a week with 1 weekend day availability required. Shifts are up to 10 hours per day. Starting pay is $20.75 per hour, $830 per week, plus multiple bonuses and incentives. We also have a raise plan in place which provides raises every 12 months!!
Key Responsibilities :
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely driving company vehicle : (Pro-master / Ford Transit etc..)
- Climb up & down stairs as required in all weather conditions
- Get In & Out of vehicle 200 times a day
- Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
- Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
- Deliver packages in variable locations and stops
- Load and unload products from company vehicles
- Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations
- Operate scanner to record shipping and package information
- Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
- 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Must be flexible with work schedule including 1 weekend day minimum - due to business needs
- Must have knowledge of state driving laws
- Must consent to take a drug screen
- Must have clean driving record
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10 hour work shift
- Must be able to handle a stressful workload and driving demands
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10 hour work shift
- Ability to safely operate and navigate a 10,000 Pound van for 10 hour work shift
- Ability to effectively operate a GPS
