As Sales Manager, you’ll drive significant revenue growth and expand our market presence. Leading a team of talented Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Producers and Account Executives, you will shape our sales strategy, foster relationships, and implement processes that elevate our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Working Together
- Lead the charge in driving sales growth and market share through strategic planning and monthly team meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage key carrier relationships to improve customer satisfaction and support agent success.
Creating WOW
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights on market trends and work with managers to refine strategies and meet evolving needs.
Earning Trust
- Lead and empower your sales team by setting clear priorities and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Offer ongoing coaching and mentorship to help producers meet or exceed sales targets.
Embracing Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new technologies to keep TROXELL competitive.
- Continuously refine and improve sales processes for optimal efficiency and results.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years in sales management with a proven ability to drive growth and lead teams.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Commercial, Personal, and Life & Health insurance.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (Agency Zoom is a plus) and Agency Management Systems (AMS360 is a plus).
