CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST : $17-$19 / hr- 7 : 30am-4pm Monday-Friday
- Part-time hours may also be an option) POSITION SUMMARY : The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact via phone, email, or in person representing Troy Filters. Other responsibilities include but not limited to entering orders, customer account maintenance, answering customer questions, making suggestions, as well as assisting in general office duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and provide information to the callers; take messages and transfer calls Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Thorough knowledge of products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
