Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Your tasks include:
- Evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduation from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintenance of current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
