Responsibilities:
Cultivate Leads: Proactively generate and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to match them with the right products and services.
Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications with professionalism and care.

Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency: Spanish/English fluency is strongly preferred to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales—whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing—is preferred, showcasing your ability to engage customers and drive results.
Proven Sales Success: A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly preferred, demonstrating your capability to thrive in a competitive environment.
