- Team: Work under the Director of Surgical Services and alongside RNs, physicians, and other surgical staff

- Strong skills in teamwork, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Ability to deliver age-appropriate care for infants to geriatric patients
- Must be flexible with the schedule and accept on-call duties, with a requirement to be within 30 minutes of the hospital when on call
