Position Overview :
As an LPN at Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team. You will use your clinical expertise to administer medications, monitor patient progress, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
