RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADON:
Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of the highest quality of care
Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Monitor resident care plans and ensure proper documentation
Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and clinical excellence
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ADON:
Must have an active RN license in the state of Ohio
Previous nursing leadership experience is strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
A genuine passion for working with the elderly and promoting quality care
