Key Responsibilities as an STNA:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to support resident comfort and dignity.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families to enhance quality of life.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the nursing team and resident care.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in the State of Ohio.
Genuine compassion for elderly and rehabilitation patients.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
